We stand behind our Catholic products. Any product with your purchase receipt can be returned within 30-days of your purchase date. If there is something wrong with a product you’ve purchased from us please let us know and we will make it right. Our Catholic Store customers are our biggest fans so please tell us what we can do for you.

Shipping
Most orders will ship in 7-10 business days or less. If requested, we can also ship your order 2-day or 3-day Priority Mail with the U.S. Postal Service if the items are in our store inventory. Please call us for express orders to check product availability and timing. The appropriate shipping charge will be applied to your order.

What do I include in my returned package?
Please include a copy or the original receipt. That way we can give you the credit due. You are responsible for all return shipping costs for online orders or phone orders.

Is everything you sell listed on your website?
No, we have many products that we do not sell online. Please visit our retail store to see our complete product selection. We can also order many more products from our suppliers. If there something you need we can probably find it for you so get in touch.

I am interested in becoming Catholic. What do I do?
Congratulations! Please call your local Catholic Church and tell the priest you would like to speak with him about becoming Catholic. Each year the Catholic Church invites anyone interested in becoming Catholic to enter the Rite of Christian Initiation, or RCIA program. This is a wonderful path of prayer, study, Q&A, ceremony and community that will set you on your way to living the abundant life.
